These sessions are ideal if you are new to Pilates, are in pain or have an injury, or are looking for a more personalised session with one of our team of expert instructors.
Sessions are 45 mins in duration and we will send you a Zoom link the evening before your session.
In an Initial Consultation, we take you through the fundamentals of Pilates as well as the basic exercises so we can recommend which classes would be best for you.
