This is a high intensity 45 minute class using custom made Pilates chairs with springs for resistance to work the arm, legs and back while all the time challenging your core strength and stability. Fantastic for improving posture and training the body in efficient functional movement (great for runners and cyclists).
These class are for those who have done at least 10 mat classes and are looking for a new challenge. They are fast paced classes and not for those with an injury.
