These sessions are ideal if you are new to Pilates, are in pain or have an injury, or are looking for a more personalised session (alone or with a friend) with one of our team of expert instructors.
You have the choice of using the apparatus (reformer, cadillac, wunda chair and barrels) or staying on the mat.
Sessions are 45 mins in duration and we are scheduling classes on the hour to leave time for deep cleaning and social distancing. Our instructors are all wearing masks, and we ask you to please do the same.
In an Initial Consultation, we take you through the fundamentals of Pilates as well as the basic exercises so we can recommend which classes would be best for you.
