Online Group Classes
It’s really simple, give it a go.
All you need to do is book yourself in above so that we know you wish to join a class.
You will receive a link by email as soon as you book a class. Five minutes before your class begins simply click the link to enter the meeting (class).
If we are not there yet, don’t worry, we will join shortly.
We will then take you through a 50 minute Pilates class on your mat. It’s that simple!
You can access Zoom from your computer directly from the email you receive OR download the free app to access on your smartphone or tablet.
We make our online classes as fun and interactive as possible. If you have others at home who are interested in joining that’s brilliant!
All you need is a mat (or a thick towel or two) and your laptop/phone/tablet.
Using the original repertoire developed by Joseph Pilates as their foundation, we encourage each of our instructors to teach in their own unique style. Each style is the result of personal experience, individual training and a practice that inspires and resonates with them.
If you are new to Pilates or have an injury we recommend that you book in for an Initial Consultation with one of our instructors before commencing classes with us.
An Initial Consultation is a 45 minute private session during which we will introduce you to the basic principles of Pilates as well as the basic exercises so that you get the most out of your classes. We will also advise on which classes would be best for you. We have a class for everyone!
We require 24 hours notice when cancelling your session otherwise the full fee is charged. This also applies to no-shows. If this is unavoidable then you can request a make-up session during the next 6 days at the time of cancelling.
