ANNA FRANKLAND – FOUNDER
I set up Reform Pilates in 2011 as I believe that everyone should practice Pilates regularly and in a welcoming, comfortable and professional environment. I thrive on the diversity of the people I see daily and feel very lucky to have a team of highly experienced instructors to work with. I particularly enjoy seeing the benefits that Pilates brings to every aspect of my client’s lives through improved physical as well as mental well-being.
I hold a Diploma in Professional Pilates from Polestar Pilates in Sydney, an internationally recognised training body. I am also a certified member of the International Pilates Method Alliance. I also hold a qualification in Neuromuscular Physical Therapy from the National Training Centre. My special interest is in Women’s health, particularly in the pre and post natal period and post menopause period. I am a certified Pink Ribbon Pilates Instructor (Pilates for breast cancer survivors) and Buff Bones Instructor (Pilates for improved bone density).
LARAGH MCMONAGLE- INSTRUCTOR & MASSAGE THERAPIST
I am a Stott trained Pilates instructor, and a Holistic Massage therapist. I was recommended Pilates after back surgery and the birth of my now teenage boys , it then became an intrinsic part of my life. As a teacher, the joy is now in passing on Joseph Pilates’ exercises to others and focusing on the mind body connection. I have a special interest in working with pre and post-natal mothers, teaching a range of specially modified exercises in Reform’s caring, relaxed studio setting. Giving women a method which develops and enhances core strength, stability and flexibility through mindful exercise, and always encouraging clients to develop their own body awareness, and self-confidence, both during pregnancy and working with them (and their little ones) after they have given birth too.
KATIE HOLMES – INSTRUCTOR
My intention is to heal, challenge and explore with intelligent movement that is grounded in biomechanics, spirituality and play! I have spent over a decade practicing Pilates and yoga, and in the past few years, aerial. I have studied under Liz Bussey with Polestar UK and James Earls of Anatomy Trains and I am a member of the Pilates Method Alliance.
SHEENA KENNEDY – INSTRUCTOR
I discovered Pilates 17 years ago and since then it has been an integral part of my life. I am fully certified with the internationally recognised Polestar Pilates as a studio practitioner and qualified to teach on all the studio equipment. Whether you are a complete beginner, recovering from an injury, wanting to improve your athletic performance or improve your strength, flexibility or mobility I will work with you to reconnect with your body to help you achieve your goals.
MALY POLOTTO – INSTRUCTOR
I have been enthusiastic about sports all of my life. I received my certification in Mat work in Argentina in 2007 and my certification on Pilates equipment in Madrid, Spain in 2011. On moving to Ireland, to improve my communication skills, I decided to train with Polestar Pilates UK, where I am currently completing my Comprehensive Training.
My Pilates passion did not finish here. As I love to teach people different and creative movement skills, I am certified to train pre and post natal Pilates (BASI) and Pilates for seniors (Lolita San Miguel). I am currently expanding my Pilates knowledge and will be finishing my certification on Pilates for Injuries and The Pink Ribbon Program.
AOIFE KING – INSTRUCTOR
I trained as a Classical Pilates Instructor in Los Angeles, in 2005 and as a contemporary teacher in Paris with Balanced Body University in 2009. A bi-lingual, English-French teacher and a Psychology grad, I draw on my Pilates education and my wider interest of movement and mental well-being in all my classes. I am particularly passionate about the benefits of Pilates in terms of movement and posture and have seen consistent improvements in mobility, strength, confidence, grace and ease of movement over and over again in people who have a regular Pilates practice.
TARA FALLON – INSTRUCTOR & NEUROMUSCULAR THERAPIST

Expand narrow perspectives on what you think you can-not do by showing you all your capabilities of a pain free life, with the added benefit of teaching your nervous system how to tone down reducing fear and anxiety.
