ANNA FRANKLAND – FOUNDER, INSTRUCTOR & PHYSICAL THERAPIST
I set up Reform Pilates in 2011 as I believe that everyone should have the opportunity to practice Pilates regularly, and in a welcoming, comfortable and professional environment. I thrive on the diversity of the people I see daily and feel very lucky to have a team of highly experienced instructors to work with. I particularly enjoy seeing the benefits that Pilates brings to every aspect of my client’s lives through improved physical as well as mental well-being.

LARAGH MCMONAGLE- INSTRUCTOR & MASSAGE THERAPIST
I am a Stott trained Pilates instructor, and a Holistic Massage therapist. As a teacher, the joy is now in passing on Joseph Pilates’ exercises to others and focusing on the mind body connection. I have a special interest in working with pre and post-natal mothers, teaching a range of specially modified exercises in Reform’s caring, relaxed studio setting. Giving women a method which develops and enhances core strength, stability and flexibility through mindful exercise, and always encouraging clients to develop their own body awareness, and self-confidence, both during pregnancy and working with them (and their little ones) after they have given birth too.
