Anna Frankland

Founder, Instructor and Neuromuscular Therapist

I set up Reform Pilates in 2011 as I believe that everyone should practice Pilates regularly in a welcoming, comfortable and professional environment. I love the experience of working with clients of all backgrounds and with a team of experienced instructors. I particularly enjoy seeing the benefits that Pilates brings to my client’s lives, particularly the confidence that it gives them in their bodies and themselves.

I hold a Diploma in Professional Pilates from Polestar Pilates in Sydney,  an internationally recognised training body. I am also a certified member of the International Pilates Method Alliance. I also hold a Diploma in Professional Pilates and hold a qualification in Neuromuscular Physical Therapy from the National Training Centre. My special interest is in Women’s health, particularly in the pre and post natal period and post menopause period. I am a certified Pink Ribbon Pilates Instructor (Pilates for breast cancer survivors) and Buff Bones Instructor (Pilates for improved bone density).
