The Conscious Female Leader Retreat
Brought to you by Clearbird Coaching & Consulting and Reform Retreats
at Ballymaloe House, 14th to 16th October 2020
We are delighted to invite you to join us in Ballymaloe this October for the first in our Conscious Leader Retreat Series with our inaugural Conscious Female Leader Retreat. The event will be hosted by Dearbhalla Baviera of Clearbird Coaching & Consulting and Anna Frankland of Reform Retreats.
This retreat is an invitation to step back, slow down and create space for personal development in the context of conscious leadership.
We have deliberately chosen this inspirational, internationally renowned location to host our retreat as we believe it exemplifies what can be achieved when conscious female leadership principles are put into practice.
The time is now for more conscious leaders. The opportunity is here for organisations to craft the future that is emerging from this chaotic and uncertain phase.
Throughout the two days we will create space and time to press pause on the day to day demands and pressures. This program is about investing in your own leadership, personal development and wellbeing with purpose and presence.
How good would it be to prioritise time for yourself to spend with like-minded professional senior women?
Time to stop, reflect and re-focus.
Time to create space to slow down and reflect deeply through different models and perspectives.
Time for yourself away from the competing demands of work and life on your time and energy.
Time to focus on leading through uncertainty with resilience and strength.
Time for yourself – body, mind and soul (Pilates, nourishing locally sourced cuisine, cliff walks, sea swimming).
This retreat feels even more important now than when we started planning it late last year. It promises to be a welcome sanctuary to replenish you both professionally and personally following the intensity of recent months.
Retreat Program
At the heart of this retreat are four Conscious Leadership workshops with Dearbhalla and four (optional) Pilates and Mindful Movement sessions with Anna. We open with an afternoon workshop on Wednesday 14th October and close with a morning session on Friday 16th October (with the option of staying an extra night if you wish – please ask us).
Day 1: Wednesday 14th October 2020
Days 2: Thursday 15th October 2020
Day 3: Friday 16th October 2020
Additional Activities
As well as your workshops and Pilates sessions you have the option of the following on the afternoon of Day 2 (or you can choose to do nothing at all)
- An afternoon cookery demonstration at Ballymaloe Cookery School
or
- An afternoon reflective, mindful cliff walk and sea swim (dip!)
Covid-19 Implications
We take the Covid-19 guidelines and restrictions seriously and have carefully considered whether we can run this Retreat while respecting social distances, hygiene and other safety requirements. We feel comfortable that the space we plan to use allows to do this.
We will obviously continue to pay close attention to developments and remain agile as we respond to any implications of the programme over coming months. Deposits and monies paid will be refunded if the programme needs to be cancelled.
