For triathletes, athletes, runners, cyclists and anyone active. A post race masterclass for mind and body We all know how importance recovery is for performance in sport (and life!) but how many of us know how to recover or give ourselves the time to do so? Come and let us show you how.

About the Event 

Recover: your body for optimal (injury-free) performance with the foam roller to release tension in the muscles using various techniques. You will work through the three main myofascial chains of the body used in triathlon to ensure that all the kinks are removed to enable you to re-start your training free of tightness and tension.

Reflect: on your race to get some valuable feedback for the next one and then leave the race where it should be, in the past. No more replaying it over and over in your mind thinking of what you should have done.

Restore: your energy levels so that you can get back to training

Using Pilates, mindfulness and life coaching Anna and Ellen will guide you through this afternoon session. As former tri-athletes we understand the demands of triathlon training and racing on the mind and body so give yourself the time and space to reflect, recover and renew.

€45 per session (€2 paypal booking fee) .
