We require 24hrs notice when cancelling your session otherwise the full fee is charged. This also applies to no-shows. If, however, this is unavoidable then you can request a make-up session at the time of cancelling, subject to our availability. The make-up class must be completed within 7 days of cancelling. All cancellations made prior to the 24 hour notice period can either reschedule the class or request a refund. If a refund of a multiple class pack is requested, a €30 administration fee will be levied. If a refund is requested, it will be made in full 4-7 days from the date that it is requested. |
