We offer Beginner and Intermediate Mat Pilates classes at Reform. Our mat classes are small with a maximum of 12 in each class, in most classes you will use a mix of small apparatus (magic circles, foam rollers, therabands etc) to assist or challenge an exercise.
Our beginner mat class is suitable for anyone who is completely new to Pilates. If you have an injury or suffer from pain we recommend you book an Initial Consultation with one of our instructors before signing up.
Our Intermediate mat class is suitable for those who have been practicing Pilates for at least one year. This is a challenging class which requires a good understanding of Pilates principles as well as a reasonable level of physical fitness.
