At Reform we like to offer the local community classes to improve physical as well as emotional health. With exam season around the corner, we have decided to run a 4 week Yogalates course in the month of June taught by the brilliant Tara Fallon.
We are specifically hoping to reach out to parents and teenagers that are in the exam bubble! This class will help manage the extra pressure that comes with exam preparation and is FREE for teenagers!
Of course anyone can attend this class even if your not in exam mode. The class is appropriate for all.
Tara will be selecting exercises that target concentration focus and endurance. It’s a complete body workout which leaves one fresh and energetic. Class will be a mix of yoga and Pilates moves. All forward bending yoga poses or yoga Asanas flows more blood to the head region and, along with long deep breathe which increases the amount of oxygen in the blood, can result in more relaxed, sharp and focused mind.
